We retain all intellectual property rights and material on our Websites including trademarks displayed on the Website(s) and copyright on all the text, graphics, etc.
Our Privacy Policy, located at https://bbiindia.in/ also governs your use of our Services and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that arises out of your use of our Services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES, BECAUSE THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, OR IF AT ANY TIME, THE TERMS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE TO YOU, PLEASE CEASE USE OF THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

PURCHASES
If the User wishes to avail any Service(s) (“Purchase”), the User may be asked to supply certain information relevant to the Purchase. The User represents and warrants that: (i) they have the legal right to use any information provided to the Company in connection with any Purchase; and, (ii) the information supplied to us is true, correct, and complete.
We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of the Purchases. By submitting information, the User grants us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the Purchase at any time for reasons including but not limited to Service availability, errors in the description or price of the Service(s), or error in the Purchase itself. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel the Purchase if fraud, misrepresentation, or, unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

SUBSCRIPTION FEE
The User agrees to pay fees for each Service that the User purchases or uses (“Subscription Fee”) in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to them for the Service(s). Where applicable, the User will be billed using the billing method they select. You represent and warrant that the payment information (debit/credit card, etc.) information you provide is correct and you will promptly notify the Company of any changes to such information.
The User may avail of a free subscription plan to have access to the platform with minimum features for 1 MONTH.The User, however, may choose to pay the Subscription Fee in order to access the premium features, as per our prevailing pricing schemes. The User may cancel their Purchase at any stage; however, the subscription fee is non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time by posting them on the Website(s). The total amount of the Purchase, including all taxes, is indicated before the final confirmation of the Purchase. The payment of the full price must be made at the time of completing the Purchase.
In order to access our Services‚ you may be required to register and we may assign to you, or you may be required to create, a password and user name or account identification. If you register‚ you agree to provide us with accurate and complete registration information‚ and to inform us immediately of any updates or other changes to such information.
When the User creates an account with us, they guarantee that the information they are providing is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of the Service(s) to the User.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to their computer and/or account. The User agrees to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under their account and/or password, whether their password is with our Services or third party service. The User must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of their account.
The User may not use as a username (i) the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use; (ii) a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than them, without appropriate authorization; or (iii) any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Furthermore, the User may cancel their Purchase at any stage and deactivate or delete their account. If the User terminates their Purchase, the User will still be able to use their login credentials to access and view the documents uploaded on their account. This information will be available to the User if the User has an account open. If the User wishes to close their account and delete their data from our systems, User can do so by contacting us at bbiworld 2022@gmail.com The User also agrees and understands that some of the content that we may create for them may not be able to be deleted once uploaded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ACCEPTABLE USE
The User may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms.
The User agrees not to use the Services:
- in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation;
- for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise;

NO USE BY MINORS
The Service(s) is intended only for the access and use by individuals who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. By accessing or using any aspect of the Services, the User represents and warrants that they are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age (or are doing so under the supervision of an individual above the age of 18 years), with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this contract with the Company and abide by all of the terms and conditions of the Terms.

The Services and its original content (excluding the content provided by the Users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and/or its licensors (as relevant). The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or Service(s) without our prior written consent.
The User agrees not to decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Website(s), not to insert or extract any code or product or manipulate the content of our Website(s) in any way that affects the User's experience, and not to use any data-mining, robots, cancelbots, Trojan horses, or any data gathering or extraction method in connection with your use of our Services.

ERROR REPORTING AND FEEDBACK
In the unfortunate event of the software, apps, applications, or, servers crashing or having technical problems during your Purchase, which will result in your paid account not being activated, please email us at bbiworld2022@gmail.com and the problem will be investigated. This may result in different compensations or refunds in the case we find the problem was caused by our part.
The User may share feedback, suggestions, and other information (collectively, “Feedback”) with us directly by writing to bbiworld2022@gmail.com The User acknowledges and agrees that: (i) they shall not retain, acquire or assert any intellectual property right or other right, title or interest in or to the Feedback; (ii) the Company may have developed ideas similar to the Feedback; (iii) the Feedback does not contain confidential information or proprietary information from the User or any third party; and, (iv) the Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback.
In the event the transfer of ownership to the Feedback is not possible due to applicable mandatory laws, the User grants the Company and its affiliates an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sub-licensable, unlimited, and perpetual right to use (including copy, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute and commercialize) the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Nagpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of this Agreement.
